Withdrawal from the Contract
If you are a "privileged buyer"—that is:
A) a consumer,
or
B) an individual for whom the contract concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature for you,
—you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us. This can be done, for example, by sending an email to: strzelczyk-ola@wp.pl.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the goods. In the case of a contract that includes multiple items delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period begins when you take possession of the last item, batch, or part.
It is sufficient to send your statement of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
Please return the goods to us promptly at the following address: ul. Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego 56A, 41-807 Zabrze, no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund the payments you have made, in accordance with the terms set out in the Store’s Terms and Conditions, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your statement of withdrawal. Unless we have offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund of any payments received from you until we have either received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back—whichever occurs first.
Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply, among other instances, to contracts:
for the supply of non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to your specifications or tailored to meet your individual needs;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
for the supply of audio or visual recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the packaging was unsealed after delivery.
Detailed information regarding withdrawal from a contract can be found in our Store Terms and Conditions.
